Barcelona


The city of Barcelona has no caves, it is located in the plains around the estuary of riu Llobregat. The lowland is composed of river sediments and not suitable for caves or even for bigger cellars of any kind. But it is surrounded by mountains with caves and even some show caves. We decided to list only sights of the city area on this page, while the sights of the Province of Barcelona are listed on the Cataluña page.
