The מוזיאון אסירי המחתרות (Underground Prisoners Museum) is located inside the מצודת עכו (Citadel of Acre), so while the location is actually correct, you should follow the signs to the citadel and enter through the main entrance.
One extraordinary spot in th prison is Bahá'u'lláh's former prison cell. It is considered a place of worship.
