Kingdom of Perlis

Perlis is Malaysia’s smallest state by area and population, located in the northwestern corner. Like most of the country it has tropical karst because of the tropical monsoon climate. Karst is found in mountain ridges, which consist of limestone, which applies to the Nakawan Range, at the border to Thailand.
