Oslo

Oslo is the capital of Norway and has its own small fylke. The city has like alls cities extensive subway and road tunnels, freshwater and sewage tunnels, even underground treatment plants, and there are oil storgae tanks of undisclosed size. But the is no underground site which is open to the public.
