There are caves in Wyoming, but none of them is open to the public. The cave registry contains 349 caves [2008] and there is one cave which once was a show cave. It was open for cave trekking tours but was closed after a rockfall in 2012.

Nevertheless the state is still interesting, as there are famous hot springs with rimstone pools, loosing rivers and intermittent springs. There are also several caves of scientific interest, e.g. the fossils of Natural Trap Cave.
