Description

NEMO33 is one of the deepest pools in the world. It's a 33 m deep shaft filled with 33 °C warm water and there is a tunnel at the depth of 10 m to the side. The operators say was designed to make scuba diving safe and comfortable all year round. They offer sources for scuba diving, deep diving, apnoe diving and much more. In a way you could say diving through the tunnel is cave diving.

We have no idea how to classify this sie though, it is unique. Oh, no, it isn't, they have build a second in Haute-Savoie facility not far from Geneva. And soon they will open a third in Scouffleny, near Nivelles. However, it's underground, and it's a diving site.
