Description

连州地下河风景区 (Lianzhou Underground River Scenic Area) is subtropical karst area with a three level cave system. The lower level is the 连州地下河 (Lián zhōu dìxià hé, Lianzhou Underground River) and the upper levels is a fossil passage. It is located near the point where the provinces Guangdong, Guangxi and Hunan meet.

Nearby is another gorge named (Sheep Leaping Gorge) The shortest and narrowest gorge of Lianjiang's gorges is 1 km long and 30 m. The name is after a legend of a sheeo which jumped across the 30 m wide gorge.
