Description

While this small park in the middle of the town is called Skansen Górnictwa Kowarskiego (Kowary Open-Air Mining Museum), it is actually a playground for children. The playground equipment are models of mining equipment, there is a headframe, a mine train with cart and huge blocks of rocks like granite and ore. The site has rather new explanatory signs which explain the mining background. But most of the signs are actually games which are played by turning them, and there is a photo wall with holes for the faces.
