History

Description

Rokle Piecky is a medium difficult tour with a trail through the gorge. The elevated trails are quite narrow and often without railing, so the tour is one-way, upstream only. The gorge has an impressive waterfall named Veľký vodopád (Big Waterfall, 13 m).

The gorge starts at Píla near Hrabušice. The lower part of the gorge is the same as Gorge Veľký Sokol. But after 1.7 km the two gorges split, Piecky gorge branches off to the right and ends at the Malá Poľana. Veľký Sokol continues straight ahead ends on the Glac plain.
