ถ้ำพุหวาย (Tham Pu Wai) is a fossil cave with numerous speleothems. From a bamboo forest a trail leads uphill to one cave entrance. The 300 m long cave passage crosses the hill and the cave exit is on the other side. From here another trail leads back to the parking lot.
The cave is notdeveloped except for the trails, there no electric light. But there areseveral golden Buddha statues in the cave. The cave is easy to visit but the is a tiket office at the car park, where guides can be hire and lamps rented. We actually recommend bringing a good headlamp.
