History

Description

The Alfina Cappadocia is one hotel of a hotel chain, the only one in Cappadokia and the only cave hotel of the chain. Built like a three storey terraced house in front of the tufa cliff, it first does not look like a cave hotel. But most of the room with a front and a terrace has a cave at the rear end.

The restaurant with 80 seats is built with hand hewn local rocks in the front end, and cut into the rock at the far end. Huge arches with round pillars support the roof in a typical Turkish style. The restaurant serves traditional local and international cuisine
