Dulkadirli Yeraltı Şehri (Dulkadirli Underground city) is different from othe underground cities. Its architecture resembles caravanserais from the Seljuk period. It begins with a 22 m long tunnel which ends at a 30 x 50 m courtyard with 20 m high walls. Two stories with 5 halls and 8 rooms connected by passages open to the courtyard. 130 m to the east is another settlement consisting of two courtyards, which is a continuation of it.
As far as we know the site is freely accessible. We were not able to find out how the electric light works, so we recommend to bring a lamp.
