History

Description

金水岩 (Jinshuiyan, Gold Water Cave) is a mysterious cave. It seems it was mixed up with nearby Moon Water Cave, as the description on Baidu tells about cave trekking, mud baths and thermal springs. Those are all in Showcave Moon Water Cave. Jinshuiyan 4.5 km northeast in Yangshuo Jinshuiyan Scenic Area, also named Licun Tourist Scenic Area, which is right at the foot of Karst Moon Hill, the spectacular karst tower with a hole, a huge through cave.

There is not much to say about Jinshuiyan, the cave has great speleothems, like all caves in the area, several huge chambers, like all caves in the area, and annoying coloured light, like all caves in the area.
