History

Description

Cenote Chemuyil is rather uncharacteristic. There is no deep and circular hole, ther is no cavern with a small hole in the ceiling. It looks more like a irregular swimming pool with natural rocks at the rim and wooden ladders into the water. This is not a spectacular spot, and there are few tourists. But it is a nice place to swim, get some sun, and enjoy the simple life.
